Pregnancy: Monday 8 AM CET 30 minute Pilates class for all pregnant mamas. All trimesters welcome. Pilates is fantastic during pregnancy, even if you've never tried it before. A great way to build up energy, strength, and reduce pains and discomforts -- and prepare you for birth and the journey ahead! Do let me know in the intake form of any injuries or anything I should be aware of so I can give you modifications during class.
