We’ll gently address the nerves and fears from previous cycles, helping you rebuild belief in your body and experience this cycle differently. Finally, you’ll have a cycle where you’re not overwhelmed or driven by panic. Grounded in nervous system science, and drawing on tools from NLP, EFT, and hypnosis, you’ll build a powerful toolkit of strategies to gently rewire your unhelpful thought patterns and regulate your emotions, putting you back in control.
