Couples Intimacy and Connection Coaching Package
It can be challenging when trying to conceive to keep the focus of sex on more than getting pregnant. This is a coaching journey for couples who are either having challenges with sex and intimacy or who want to bring the "spark" back into their sex life. Over the course of 8 sessions you will explore new ways to connect as a couple. Firstly by getting in touch with your own desires and then learning ways to communicate your desires and needs to your partner. You will also learn new ways to engage with touch, intimacy and pleasure that do not solely revolve around penetrative sex that will deepen the connection between you both. The sessions will be a space to focus on the two of you and your relationship and how you can best support each other through the journey to conception from a deeply connected and loving place.
