Medium Term Coaching Package

This is a 12 session coaching package for women and will be tailored to your specific goals and intentions. The sessions can either be weekly or bi-weekly, the preferred pace will be set by you. This is a medium term container and is ideal for you if you want to better understand your body and how it operates in terms of sexual anatomy, the four phases of the menstrual cycle, libido and arousal. This container also gives you a longer time span to enquire into blocks, beliefs or patterns that may be keeping you stuck in repeating cycles and create change and transformation. We will explore different somatic practices that will enhance the mind/body connection and support you to feel more in touch with your body, especially with your pelvis and womb. You will learn different massage and self-pleasure techniques to stimulate the flow of life-force energy or chi into the womb, ovaries, and genitals. Expand your capacity to relax and switch off by learning different body based mindfulness meditations that support your wellbeing and develop your mind/body connection.
