60 min + 30 minute consultation (Total Time: 90 minutes) 1:1 session with me to review your health history and identify anything that could be preventing you from getting/staying pregnant. A follow up session to analyse bloods, adjust your plan and to ensure you are confident and clear about your fertility going forwards. -Identify areas of Diet & Lifestyle that could be adjusted to improve your hormonal balance, sleep, stress levels, toxin exposures, exercise and ultimately your fertility. -Bespoke supplement plan to support your fertility -Review and recommendation of blood work, scans, functional medicine testing if required -Receive a comprehensive report to help you take the steps forward to improving your fertility. This will be reassessed and adjusted at the follow up appointment -Email support for 1 month (Mon-Fri) Invaluable support in the noisy, overwhelming world of 'Fertility'.
