1:1 Healing Pregnancy Loss Program (6 weeks)
This is for you if you are currently working through loss and grief, and open to using the tool of mindfulness meditation to help heal. It could be loss in the form of a miscarriage, still birth, or a fertility treatment that didn’t work out (which is still very much a loss). Through a series of 6 meditations and journaling, plus somatic practices (to be performed on your own), plus two 1:1 sessions, you will be guided through stages of forgiveness, acceptance, finding safety, reconnection with your womb, and feeling good again so you can find hope and trust after your pregnancy loss. ps. You don’t have to have experience with meditation!
