Lauren Enright is a mind-body fertility coach, fertility yoga & meditation expert, and birth doula with a background in neuroscience and education, and over a decade of experience teaching and studying yoga and mindfulness.

1:1 Fertility Coaching - Mind-Body Program

Goal of program: Heal and optimize the health of your 4 bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic) for improved fertility and a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. By the end of this program you will: - Heal from past pain, trauma, and struggles (all 4 bodies) - Improve and strengthen your mindset (mental body) - Identify and process unresolved emotions (emotional body) - Identify and transform fear related to all stages of the motherhood journey (emotional body) - Embody self trust and a deep inner knowing that you will get and stay pregnant (energetic body) Modalities used: - Meditation and journaling (there are 12 meditations in the program) Meditation and journaling help you uncover beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and sensations stored within your mind and body. By acknowledging them, you gain the ability to process and transform, leading to profound change (in all 4 bodies). - Fertility yoga (specific weekly practices will be assigned to you based on your needs) Conception and development require a safe space (your womb and body) and a lot of energy. The movements, stretches, and breathing practices in yoga will help balance your hormones, promote better blood flow to your reproductive organs, and help you regulate your nervous system, emotions, and energy. - 1:1 coaching (50 min sessions) Individualized coaching support tailored to your particular wants and needs. Each session includes a debrief or review of your meditation reflections, coaching on current challenges/struggles/pain, and occasional somatic practices to heal If there are specific habits that you would like to build to support your holistic wellbeing, we can also work on establishing and maintaining those habits. - Voxer coaching an important part of the service as it helps build rapport and trust between the coach and client Monday-Friday, write a message or send me a voice note with any resistance, challenges, or questions that arise. Expect a response from me within 24 hours. This amplifies the impact of the practices and coaching so you see even more profound results and transformation. Hypnotherapy (5 bonus recordings are included in the program content). To reprogram your limiting beliefs and subconscious mind. Time frame: You get access to all digital content until our final coaching session All coaching sessions must be used within 3-4 months 6 session package: we meet 2 x / month 12 session package we meet 3 x / month

This is for you if you are currently working through loss and grief, and open to using the tool of mindfulness meditation to help heal. It could be loss in the form of a miscarriage, still birth, or a fertility treatment that didn’t work out (which is still very much a loss). Through a series of 6 meditations and journaling, plus somatic practices (to be performed on your own), plus two 1:1 sessions, you will be guided through stages of forgiveness, acceptance, finding safety, reconnection with your womb, and feeling good again so you can find hope and trust after your pregnancy loss. ps. This offer is especially for my clients who have had fertility challenges, loss, or who have conceived via ARTs (as there tends to be even more uncertainty and concerns at this stage).
