In this 90 minute consultation we will go over your fertility and mental/emotional/physical health history, and together we will formulate your personalized Fertility Action Plan including my written recommendations on mind-body practices to optimize your fertility in all 4 bodies (mental, emotional, physical, energetic). If you would like to add fertility yoga and meditation to your plan there will be an option to purchase my library. *note: diet/supplement recommendations are out of my scope of practice.
