Welcome to your Follicular Phase workout! This phase kicks in from day one of your period and lasts through to ovulation.
What to Expect:
- 📈 Rising Hormones: During this time, your hormones—especially estrogen—begin to rise, making your body more resilient.
- 💪 Time for Strength: This is the perfect window for more dynamic movement and strength work.
- 🔄 Cycle Syncing: We are matching your workouts to what is naturally happening in your body to give you a gentle nudge on your fertility journey.
The Format: We will be working through a series of exercises, aiming for 8 to 10 repetitions for each movement.
