Build strength and confidence as your estrogen begins to rise.
Moving into the follicular phase, this practice is designed to align with your increasing energy and motivation.
- Cat-Cow Warm-up: Connect your breath to your movement while waking up the spine.
- Low Lunge & Twist: Open the hips and stretch the spine with a lunging twist to increase circulation to the pelvic region.
- Bridge Pose: Strengthen the lower body and open the heart center to foster a connection between your heart and womb.
- Happy Baby & Hugs: Release the hips one last time and give yourself a warm hug of gratitude.
- Visualization: End with a seated meditation, visualizing a "golden seed" growing and being nourished by your breath.
