DownloadNaming Needs Without Apologising

Shift from "I'm sorry" to clear, direct communication about your needs.
Many women soften their boundaries with an apology (e.g., "I'm sorry, I'm just too tired"). 🛑 But a need is not an inconvenience—it is information.
Apologizing for your needs sends a message that they are a burden. Instead, try direct language:
- "I need slower touch tonight." 🧤
- "I’m open to closeness but not penetration." 🫂
- "I need space to process this."
Clear communication builds safety, and safety builds connection. The more clearly you name your needs, the less resentment builds under the surface. ❤️
