Supporting a partner through the ups and downs of fertility isn't always intuitive. Many men try to be "the fixer" or "the positive one," but sometimes that’s not what’s needed. ❤️
Presence over Perfection: You don’t need to solve everything. Simply being there and acknowledging the difficulty is enough.
Listen Without Changing: Validating her feelings ("I can see this is hard for you") is often more powerful than offering solutions. 👂
Avoid Assumptions: Check in regularly. One day she might want to talk; the next, she might need space or distraction. 🎮
